Laginadeau.com will accept returned merchandise purchased through the site, within 14 days upon receiving it. Returned items must be in new and unused condition with all tags still attached. Candles are non-returnable. Upon receiving returned merchandise, a credit will be made to your account in the form of the original payment. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.

Please contact info@Laginadeau.com to receive a return authorization. Any unauthorized returns, or returns postmarked after 14 days from receiving it, will be returned back to sender. Please package items properly as any damages caused from improper packaging will not be accepted.

We only recommend UPS or Fedex using a trackable shipping method when shipping returns, and we are not responsible for lost return packages.
